After you have set up your acts in the Recital Wizard for an event, you have the option to email those act details to students that are participating in the recital. This feature is found on Step 4 of your Recital Wizard.

Then look under the More Actions button for Family Acts Email.

Complete the form with the information you would like included in the email.
The messages created will be by family, meaning that if a family has more than one student in this recital they get one email with all of their students listed.
Under the Method dropdown select Print/Preview to open a window showing you the messages that will be sent.
**We recommend you do this before emailing to make sure you have everything just like you want it. You can also use this option if you prefer to print the messages and deliver them rather than send emails.
When your messages are ready to be sent, select Email under the Method dropdown and click Process.
An email is sent to each family participating in this recital based on your selections.
