How does a parent add their ACH (bank) information manually with micro-deposits for Auto-Pay?

To add an ACH payment method for Auto-Pay, the Parent will log into their Parent Portal and go to Pay > Auto-Pay: 

They will select US bank account and enter their email, full name, and can search for their banking institution:

If they do not see their bank on the list, or they prefer not to use their banking institution login credentials to connect, they can also click the link that says "Enter bank details manually instead."

Once they click on that, they will see the information below. They will need to fill out all details and click Save:

They will then see this message:

Once they see the deposits in their bank account, they can use the link in the email they will receive or log back into their Parent Portal to enter the amounts/codes.

When they sign into their Portal, under Pay > Auto-Pay, they will see this message:

They will click the link that says "Click here" and will see the button options to Verify Account or Delete Account. Click on Verify Account:

They will see a Stripe page asking for the 6-digit code from the bank statement to verify their account. The 6-digit code appears next to the dollar amount and appears before DSPRO. Enter the code and click Verify.

Once entered correctly, they will see this success page.

Their bank account is now connected successfully.
