I've enrolled students in classes, but they don't have a balance?

Tuition is not posted to the account until you post tuition.

Go to More > Tuition & Statements and click the "Post Tuition to Accounts" button. The system can collect tuition for you automatically through online registration.  You can enable that option under Magic > Online Registration.

 

 

You should also enable "Collect First Tuition Early"  on your seasons under More > Seasons.

 

 

Another option is to use the Registration Manager for in-person registrations by going to Magic > Registration Manager. The Registration Manager will follow all of the same rules that online registration follows. If you collect tuition in online registration, you can also collect tuition in the Registration Manager.
