How can I stop the system from posting tuition for specific students?

If you would like to prevent the system from posting tuition for a specific student, you can add a "Stop Post Tuition Through" date on the Student's account under the "Tuition" tab on their main page:

When you enter a date in this field, the system will automatically remove the student from the list when you post tuition under More > Tuition & Statements > Post Tuition to Accounts. This can be especially helpful in cases where a family pays in advance for a Season. Once the date entered has passed, the Student will once again show on the Post Tuition page.
