What are my options for registration fees?

 

You can set up a Simple Registration Fee that charges all students in a family the same amount, up to the max number of charges:

 

Or a Detailed Registration Fee that will charge a different rate for each student in the family:

 

This registration fee is charged in online registration once per season.  Under More > Seasons, you can turn this registration fee on and off for each season you create using this checkbox:

 

 

Another option for collecting fees is the Additional Season Fee.  This is added to your season and is charged once for each student that registers online for that selected season.

 

**You can have the system collect this fee in addition to your regular registration fee, or you can turn off your regular registration and only collect this season's fee.

 

 

Another option for registration fees is to collect a fee per class.  These fees are set up on the class by entering an amount in the Registration Fee box:

 

**When you set up a class registration fee, the fee is charged to every student that registers for this class.  If you set up a class registration fee for all of your classes, students are charged the fee for each class they register for.  This is a great option for collecting class costume deposits or other extra fees specific to a class.  The class registration is charged in addition to your normal registration fee and season fee if those are enabled.
