What does Bill Separately mean?

Bill Separately is an option you can set on a class that affects how the system calculates tuition for that class. It is the checkbox seen here:

1. If the box is checked, that class will NOT pull from your Hourly Rates or from your Class Count Rates. It only charges based on the amount you set for Tuition on the class.
2. It also means that the class will NOT be included in any discounts you have set up. It isn't counted in Multi-Class Discounts and if you set up a Multi-Student Discount that will not be applied to these classes. The entire amount that you add in the Tuition box is added to the student's tuition rate, regardless of any discounts. This is great for camps, workshops, and competition classes.
3. Another use of Bill Separately is to make a class free. Checking Bill Separately and setting the tuition on the class to 0 makes the class NO charge.
