By default registration fees are collected once per season as students register online. If you have a case where you need the registration fee paid in one season to count for another season you can do that with the Related Seasons feature.
To set that up, start by going to More > Seasons and select your season by clicking the season name.

Next, look under the Season Actions button for Related Seasons.

On the Related Seasons screen, pick the season that should be related to the selected season and click Add.

**For example, here we are saying that a registration fee that a student paid for Summer 2018 should count for the 2018-2019 season when they register online for 2018-2019 classes. So students that paid the registration fee in the summer would not be asked to pay again when they register for Fall.
