To give an early payment discount first, you need to set up your payment terms.
Go to More > Tuition & Statements and select the Payment Terms tab.
You can then add your terms.
When your terms are saved you can see them in the list.
Now when you Post Tuition or add another type of fee to accounts you can add a Due Date and select your terms. The system will automatically adjust the fee based on the terms selected, and if the fee isn't paid in time the discount will be removed automatically.
