You are able to have the system calculate sales tax and add it to your tuition amounts.
First, enter your Sales Tax rate under More > Settings.
**Then make sure to set up your fixed tuition and tuition rates as the amounts before tax.
After that, go to More > Tuition & Statements and check this box on the Calculation tab.

Now, when you Post Tuition you will see this checkbox that is already checked for you by default.

If you collect tuition through online registration, the system will include sales tax in those transactions as well.
