When you use hourly rates or class count rates you are able to make one class cost a little bit more than others without completely overriding its tuition. So, if you have a particular class that needs to cost $25 more than normal but still follows your regular rates discount plan, you can add $25 extra tuition to that class.
To set this up, go to Classes and pick that class. Then on the Tuition box click the Settings button.

In the popup, enter the amount of extra tuition that should be charged for this class and Save.

Now you should see the system letting you know that this class has extra tuition on it.

**For example, if your class count rates are:
1 Class = $50
2 Classes = $95
3 Classes = $125
And a student registers for two classes their tuition would normally be $95. But if one of those classes they picked had this extra tuition, their tuition rate would be $120 - $95=$25.
